Just came back from gym and sam's drinking section,

and just found out 4th egg of kaka is there on nest!

Well kaka is so lazy to hatch it... i dun know y may b she ll have more eggs to come!

Just cant wait for tomolo!

A study at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio showed that to make healthy sperm in large quantities, the body needs a good supply of vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant that protects cells against damage by harmful molecules called free radicals.
Just half a cup of bean sprouts provides 16 per cent of the recommended daily allowance of vitamin C for a man.
It’s not just dad but baby too who could benefit.
Bean sprouts are packed with folate, a vitamin that prevents neural tube defects, where the baby is born with a damaged brain or spine.



GRAPES – LUNGS
OUR lungs are made up of branches of ever-smaller airways that finish up with tiny bunches of tissue called alveoli.
These structures, which resemble bunches of grapes, allow oxygen to pass from the lungs to the blood stream.
One reason that very premature babies struggle to survive is that these alveoli do not begin to form until week 23 or 24 of pregnancy.
A diet high in fresh fruit, such as grapes, has been shown to reduce the risk of lung cancer and emphysema.
Grape seeds also contain a chemical called proanthocyanidin, which appears to reduce the severity of asthma triggered by allergy.



TOMATO – HEART
A TOMATO is red and usually has four chambers, just like our heart.
Tomatoes are also a great source of lycopene, a plant chemical that reduces the risk of heart disease and several cancers.
The Women’s Health Study — an American research programme which tracks the health of 40,000 women — found women with the highest blood levels of lycopene had 30 per cent less heart disease than women who had very little lycopene.
Lab experiments have also shown that lycopene helps counter the effect of unhealthy LDL cholesterol.
One Canadian study, published in the journal Experimental Biology and Medicine, said there was “convincing evidence’ that lycopene prevented coronary heart disease.



WALNUT – BRAIN
THE gnarled folds of a walnut mimic the appearance of a human brain - and provide a clue to the benefits.
Walnuts are the only nuts which contain significant amounts of omega-3 fatty acids.
They may also help head off dementia. An American study found that walnut extract broke down the protein-based plaques associated with Alzheimer’s disease.
Researchers at Tufts University in Boston found walnuts reversed some signs of brain ageing in rats.

Hay... sharon just told me a bad new over lunch table today!

The newly made nest by me for kaka was scrolling down and so as her eggs!

The problem with that nest was it is smaller at the base of the box and

therefore sometimes when kaka is leaving her nest for food

it tends to move!!

Anyway, 1 egg has a small cracked! i just hope kaka ll have her 4th eggs tomolo!

Yesterday Diamond came to our house and life and today i saw

Jack (puppy of Erica) JAck is so cute and he is 2 and half years old.

I just cant imagine how big will our Diamond be when she become adult dog!

At last, after dad saw the video of Fei Bou, he changed his mind totally!

He agreed to have a dog (well after 26 years of debate)

Mum name her DIamond... I dont know why... but i think this name suit her!

Dad, mum, jing, wei shi and dhammesi are arguing how to settle the first poo of Diamond! Dad said must clean her 'axx' after he poo.... dhammesi said just pick up d poo with newspaper..... mum said must put it inside plastic bag, dad said dun have to just throw it in dustbin.... wei shi ran away!

well...for me! whatever as long as they cleaned it

This am, Michelle told me that there were an egg laid by Kaka and Tutu!

I was so happy. Sharon tried her best to make her a nest with newspaper and some nesting thingy that Yon was getting for me from a real nest.

I was happy throughout the day until 11.05pm... I just found that there is a big hole on the egg!!! im not sure shall i remove the egg or not!! I tried to save the egg by puttin the wet tissue to cover the crack!! Im not sure whether will it work or not! hopefully it did!

I tried my best to make her another better nest for her another egg to come tomolo am i hope it will be working coz i longing for a baby birdie!!

Im thinking what should i name it! They said waki!

hahaha.... sad!

Dampness that destroyed my cabinets

Hay.... my room is in such a mess due to my cabinets was destroyed by the dampness..... God!! all my clothes are so smelly and even the room!

Pls help.... i need 3 in 1 humidifier to sort d problem out!

May be i should move house no wonder im having tons of air inside my body due to the unhealthy air in my room!

Work out night

I just came back from fitness first. Have an hour of work out I felt tired yet refreshing. I felt that im full of oxygen!!

I forgot to buy the mouse trap actually i tends not to use it but i dun know coz i keep telling me them dont make the hole worse but they seems that they just dont undertand me '' human language''

I had an idea! i put some oil on it beside the hole they try to make.... so we ll c what is the result tomolo am!

I ate at Kaya restaurant at Gloriete Makati just now for dinner. Their food is suck!!! just advice dun go there next time. It dont worth even a try!

im tired and tomolo ll have a long day meeting! i need to go to bed to prepare for tomolo!

Sizzling Pepper Steak

Today went to Megamall and had lunch with Sam!

They serve great sizzling. The price is ok and tasty!

i didnt manage to sleep well last night. mickey mouse is waking me at 3am...

Dinner at Nasi Lemak in Thompson Square Morato

Well, I strongly recommend this restaurant to all of you.....

This Nasi Lemak restaurant situated at Thompson Square in Thomas Morato is a good choice for dine in. It is easy to find just in front of the MCdo which its building build up like a big box of fries at the stop light.

The restaurant is currently having SALE on JUly 1-31,2009. YOu can get 10% discount of all your foods and there is wifi ready for you to surf of the net while waiting for food.

Recommended foods by me as a truly malaysian, a nasi lemak sets (P 200) it is worthy coz u ll get 2 big chicken, 1 kampung fish, peanuts sambal ikan bilis is a much! Roti canai (P80) is tasty (well, i didnt know y 1 guest only allow to have 1) the malaysian curry. The laksa is just alrite due to the coconut taste like a vanila!

Im so sastified with it! it ease my homesick!

Thats why I decided to stop over to take a pic with it!

Well, didnt get in we ended up having coffee at starbucks!

My lunch in Makati

Today, I was glad that Sam is here at Manila again so that I had some company. We went to Makati and desperating finding a Chinese restaurant after 2 hours walk in Glorieta! Glorieta 1 and 2 are under renovation. The guard there should improve their professional due to they failed to give us some clear direction. Glorieta 5 should have a connection bridge with Glorieta 1,2,3 and 4. We r kinda get wet due to the heavy rain in the typhon day!

At last we ended up in Glorieta 5. We chosen Luk Yuen instead of NOrth park due to Im sick with North Park.

Their food taste so so. BUt the service was quite good. We get a welcome iced cool water, a wonton wrap in chili sauce and a hot soup. It was a treat for us esp we are so hungry at 2pm. Their price is reasonable. We orderd a roasted duck rice, peppercorn spare ribs ( chef recommends)and a fried noodles with prawn ( as u guy can see from picture) It costs us 550 and we get a free shang hai pao with it! Wat a great value meals for 2. We are just unable to walk afterwards!

P/s my i phone just cant get good picture of the typhon day!

My new phone Nokia 5310

Hay.... I just bought a new phone Nokia 5310 Express Music.

Well the reason why i need to get myself a new phone was a long story.

First of all it started with me went to a SMS ( a telephone shop in Robinson Galleria. Advisable people not to go there becoz the chinese boss is so unprofessional. I was kinda of cheated! I trusted him due to he is a chinese well... never trust anyone esp those in phone shop!) My nokia E65 was totally damaged after trusted the boss. I changed my battery which he claimed that it was ''pregnant'' ( a pregnant battery mean the battery was swollen at the middle it may cause ... ur phone explode) therefore i changed a new battery and the battery he gave me just unstop charging. Thats y i changed it again! After that another battery was not working and i changed it again! (well he is trying my patience) After that the last one it was too big but he insisted to fit it in my phone and finally after 1 day my phone cast bursted due to the battery was too big! At the end, he ended up destroying my phone and he is closing me to get a new casing from him! damn him.... i wish his shop ll close soon due to his immorality towards business ethnics.

I ended up curing my phone with plaster to ease their wound! this is how it look like!!!

Well, in order not to get cancer i decided to get myself a new phone.

I wish this phone ll b my best mate forever.... well at least the next 2 yrs! need to spend time to upload my contacts etc many works when you changed your phone!

Fitness first

At last, I already joined Fitness First! Back again to Fitness first desperating to be fit! My whole body is so painful! Hopefully it will helps me to get my body back!

April was helpful in getting me enrolled so she can get her commission! hahaha..... well the package is 2200 a month and i paid another 1885 for another promotion which i can get 3 free personal training with personal trainer! I wll get full rebate if ever i manage to visit the gym 21 visits in 3 months time! Well Don was calling me today to get me into gym but pls god can u pls give me another better looking and well fit trainer?????

Well after enrollment.... i headed off to Mcdonald!!! my god, i ate more than usual after a am work out! One set of Mcdo nugget and chicked fillet!! I told myself this is my late treat and time to start with my diet plan!

Well to be frankly Im not big fans of fitness first but due to there are too many comments about my body....

I forced to join! I still remembered i joined Fitness First when I was in last year of university in Brighton. The fitness first women is located just beside the brighton railway station. At the beginning, Dhammesi and I we went 7 days a week and soon later it became 3 times a week then it is followed by once a week! Hay..... this is human's nature towards life!

But im here to announce to all, i esther teo determine from now on i ll be aware and try my best to b fit and healthy! So head to gym tomolo at 8am!

When i was on the bed last night I heard of some sounds coming from the other side of the room. I tends to ignore it due to i was so sleepy and I was scared to get up from my bed in dark to find out what it is! I was praying so that I can fall asleep soon.....

The next day morning, I found out there is a mess beside my cabinets.... damn.... what the sound last night was actually coming from 2 little mickey mouse that just newly moved it to my house! They are shitting and eating and playing in my wardrobe and killing my scarf!!!! And this is the result of it as you can see it from the picture!

I hate rats!!!!!!!

At last i did it.

早上起床如常的观看新闻，不同的是每个电台都播着michael jakson的悼念会。悼念会上播了好多michael Jackson生前的歌好好听哦！我现在才明白为什么人死后会比活着更加红。。。活着新闻只是三四十秒，死后却是整天播，看到了都烦人！这广播效应当然连不知道michael的人都喜欢上了他,当然不可否认michael的魅力是无人能抗拒的!‏
